Frequently Asked Questions

Can I really call Studio Francis 24/7?

Call us any time, day or night.  Whether you are a first-time caller looking for a quote, or already have a page designed and need updates, we’d love to hear from you.  If we are not immediately available, we’ll be sure to promptly return your call as soon as reasonably possible.

How long does it take to create a website?

Most of our projects are finished within 3-6 weeks from our first meeting to Launch Day.

How much do you charge?

The quick answer is anywhere from $899-$4,999.

We pride ourselves in being the most reliable, efficient, and affordable web design service you’ll ever find.  Currently, we offer 4 different packages with a variety of different services and features.

We don’t charge you the full price of your project upfront.  First, we’ll collect a small retainer to place in escrow based on which service package you choose and make personal arrangements to settle the remaining project balance before your design is complete.  Each website we create is hand-crafted and customized to your specific liking based on individual needs, so it’s difficult to give a fixed figure without first getting a quote.

You’ll find that our initial retainers for every package are reasonably priced so that we can get things started quickly.  Sure, we have bills to pay too but at the end of the day, we want you to be happy.  That’s what matters most.

What is your hourly rate?

We designed our Service Packages to take the guess work out of how much each project will cost.  These numbers were derived by doing extensive market research to determine how much other firms are charging for similar services and found a “middle ground” so that our prices are reasonable and within our clients’ budget.  Our packages essentially divide the number of hours it takes for each project by it’s total value, which averages about $80.00 per hour.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash.

Who owns my website after it's finished?

Once your website is finished, you have full ownership of the finished product.  We hope that you will remain with us to provide routine maintenance and upgrades, but if you decide you’d like to take your business elsewhere, that’s entirely up to you.
